Held December 15, 2003
Annual Membership Meeting
The Annual Membership meeting was called to order by President Rhonda King, at 7:00 PM with the pledge of allegiance. After a roll call of members present, it was determined that 58 property owners were present providing the quorum necessary to conduct the meeting. The President asked if anyone would like to chair the annual meeting and Dutch Sykes took over the meeting at that time. Chad read the minutes of the last annual meeting held in April 2002. Dutch opened the floor to comments and suggestions. The following suggestions were made and will be analyzed by the board for future action:
Removal of ban on overnight street parking, light in shed, stricter enforcement of restrictions, angle of solar heat collectors, tape meetings, lights in walkway, "pork barrel" add on’s to budget, replace sod for corner house by Andre entrance, restore pubic transportation, permits for tree removal.
A motion was made by Bill Hulme and seconded by Val Stauder to adjourn the annual membership meeting. The annual meeting was closed.
December Business Meeting
With the completion of the annual membership meeting, Rhonda opened the April Business meeting. Six (6) Board members were present including Chad Reid, John Groeneveld, Art McKeller, Ted Strass, Rhonda King and George Peck. Chad read the minutes of the November meeting and John presented the financial report and both were approved as read.
Committee Reports
Welcoming: Dutch told us that there are 3 new home owners including

Code Enforcement: 2 out of 3 letters were approved by the board to be sent to members who were not in compliance with the park documents.
Trustees: No report.
Election: Frankie Ward of the Election Committee read the results of the voting as follows:

Attorney Committee: President King read a report from the county that they had pumped over 100 million gallons per month of treated water into the area just behind our community during the months of June, July and August of this year. The committee will meet Saturday at 9:00 at the clubhouse to discuss the attorney’s role and what else needs to be done concerning the county.
December 2003 Old Business
President King read a reply to the email sent to Attorney Peyton concerning the wording of the proposed changes to the deed restrictions. A copy of the email is attached to these minutes.
December 2003 New Business
No new business was discussed.
The president opened the meeting to comments and suggestions on the evening’s agenda by members of the association.
Lastly, a motion was made by Art, seconded by George to adjourn and the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM
