Committee Reports
Welcoming Committee
Barbara Reid reported that the Bloodgood Residence has new owners Wanda Graves
and her sister Carol
Trustee Report
Rhonda King reported that no new progress has been made. Audit is done but
figures still have to be compiled.
Letters of resignation were read by President King for Mr. Bob Cox, Joe DiLandro,
Val Stauder, and Paul Glandzman. New volunteers were requested.
Code Enforcment committee: 1 letter was read but President King stated the area
has been cleaned prior and recommended the letter not be sent. Board voted not
to send letter. It was noted that the park is looking much better.
Archectural committee: Joe Musemecci was accepted as 3rd appointed member. No
report
Maintenance Committee:
Lounge chairs were repaired. New Spa Sign has been installed. Kitchen Tiles will
be check on by committee. They will also contact Millionaire for float and pan
repair. Maintenance contract has expired. Hand truck has been sent out for
repair. Electric lights at parking lot out.
Legal Committee:
Atty Peyton. on hold re: easements/cats/lein
Napalatano. No call backs
Atty Whaller. Called to appologize for not getting back to us.
Documents Committee: Mr. King reported the Documents committee were being worked
on. New changes were being gone over. New members, Mary Hurst and Bill Hanson.
Computer Club: Internet access and Cable tv...Bright house was the cheapest.
$93. to $109 for everything. Topic was tabled until September.
Old Business:
SBA Loan - meeting with Tank Tek and Jim Haley regarding money. We are still
waiting for monies from the SBA. Paperwork is on its way.
Pool Table cover: Done at the cost of $265.00. Pool table was not moved. Table
should be recovered every 2-3 years.
Digital Voice recorder: Acquired by Nadine Alford for $129.99
New Flag: Acquired by Art McKeller and in place.
Pond Fountain: Scratched
Paper Cutter: No action taken
Copier Contract: 2500 copy contract for $50.35

Chad Reid reported on lake vegetation control. At the cost of $70 per month and
one time fee of $250.00 they will spray the lake to choke the weeds.

Wording of "Adult" on GC entrance sign was discussed
Tabled until September
RV Parking area. Get a handle on who is parking there. Vehicle owners are
responsible for cleaning of their parking area. Can be used as a dog run. Anyone
that wants a key get with Chad for $2.00. Recomended a new lock be placed on RV
gate and new keys be distributed. Rhonda King will accept responsibility.
Standing water areas on Roads will be discussed with Tank Tek. Possibility of
2-3" troughs being placed in roads to drain standing water. Discussion by the
membership was held.
