OLD BUSINESS

Olivaud St  flooding …letters were sent to the county by home owners, plus telephone calls to see if they can do anything to eliminate the standing water.  The association cannot afford to hire engineers and place drainage for the street.  Recommendations were made for home owners to check their irrigation to flow into the lawns and not out into the street ( Regarding legality of the vote done at last membership meeting ):The attorney informed us that the proper and lawful way was to have an instrument finalized by him and attached to a roster of home owner signatures and approved by 75% to change
