The meeting was called to order by President Frank Sykes at 7:00 p.m. The president led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.

Financial Report
Treasurer, Mary Noack reported that as of August 31, 2009, the balance in the Operating Account is $16,718.20 and the Reserve Account balance is $22,234.09. Two CDs have been purchased totaling $60,000.00. The treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Welcoming: Mary Hurst had no report. The president introduced Kim and Laurrie Capasso to the community.
Code Enforcement/Architectural Committee:
Maintenance: Chet Kosko said the "NO DIVING" signs need to be put up as pool side.
RV Area: Paul Bredlau stated the electrical will be tested by Armand Blom to fix what is wrong.
Pool Area: Paul Bredlau stated that the pool cover has been shipped. He also stated the BOD appreciates everyone keeping the pool area need and clean.
Social Club: There will be a breakfast on November 14th and Thanksgiving dinner on thanksgiving day. Decorating of the season will be on nov 28th and we need volunteers. The annual Christmas Dinner Dance will be on Dec 5th. The cost is $20.00 per person.

Election Committee:
OLD BUSINESS:
Security in the RV area. Armand has to make an electrical check to find the problem. Th computer system for the office will not be done at this time. The pool cover has been purchased and is here, now needing to be installed on the roller.
Tree trimming of all trees on common grounds. John had three original estimates for the job, but one fell through. The BOD voted unanimously, to have Pasco Tree Co. do the job for $3000.00.
Bob Ayres took pictures and composed a letter to Mr. Gallagher, Pasco County, signed by the president. As of now we haven't heard back.
NEW BUSINESS:
President explained that they have placed $40,000.00 into a CD for 42 months at 3.25% interest. We also placed $20,000.00 into a CD for 24 months at 2.47%
We need to get more info on the hand rail from the sidewalk to the clubhouse door. Dutch will check with the county on what we need to do. Suggested sources for the rail are BJ's, Pasco Aluminum and Lowe's. A letter from Barb Helmholdt requesting use of the clubhouse every Monday morning, from 9:30 am until 12: pm for Bible study. The BOD voted unanimously to allow this activity.
We received a letter from the Insurance Company stating they would cancel our policy as of 1/19/10. We need to take action on this.
As there was no further business to come before the Board, Paul Bredlau moved and Many Hurst seconded that the meeting be adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
