MARCH 9, 2009
The meeting was called to order by President Mary Johnson at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned for voting and determination of a quorum. The election committee tallied those who had signed in and determined that there were over 50 properties represented. Voting commenced and continued until 7:00 p.m.
At 7:00 p.m., The President called the meeting to order and excused the members of the election committee for the purpose of counting the votes.
The president led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
Present: Mary Johnson, Joe Musumeci, Kathy Morgan, Mary Hurst, John Castiglia, and Paul Bredlau. Absent: Rich Barrett
The Secretary read the minutes of the Annual Meeting of March 10, 2008. As there were no additions or corrections, the minutes were approved as read.
Inasmuch as the counting of the ballots was not yet completed, the meeting was termporarily adjourned and the regular meeting of March 9, 2009 commenced.
At 7:20 p.m., the Annual meeting was reconvened and the election committee presented the results of the election which are attached to these minutes.
As there was no further business , Paul Bredlau moved and Joe Musumeci seconded that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was passed by unanimous voice vote and adjournment prevailed at 7:25 p.m.
