ANNUAL MEETING MARCH 14 Please plan to attend the upcoming Annual Meeting scheduled to precede the March Business Meeting. The Annual meeting will be called to order at 5:30 and adjourned for voting. Voting will take place between 5:30 and 6:45. The Annual meeting will re-convene at 7:00 and the voting register will be used to verify that a quorum has been reached. If you cannot be present for the voting you may have someone else vote for you by Proxy. The person you give your proxy to will also be able to vote for you if further voting is required at the Annual Meeting. Absentee forms are also available but please be aware that they will not count toward the quorum or you will have no say if voting is required at the meeting. The ballot and Budget will be available here when the BOD approves the budget at the next meeting. Nominations to run for the BOD will close February 1, 2012 |
